Shore excursions from Haifa
Private shore excursions from Haifa
Haifa is the northern port, and the north is Galilee. From the terminal Nazareth is under an hour, the Sea of Galilee ninety minutes, so a shore day can cover the Church of the Annunciation, Capernaum, the Mount of Beatitudes, and the Jordan River and still be back with time to spare. Guests who prefer to stay near the coast take Acre’s Crusader city, the Baháʼí gardens, and the Rosh Hanikra grottoes instead.
Ilya meets you at the Haifa cruise terminal after passport control. The return to the ship is planned around your all-aboard time, not around a shared coach. The day runs in English, German, Russian, or Hebrew.
A private vehicle also means the day can bend: a longer stop at Tabgha, a skipped souvenir shop, a late lunch by the lake.
