A day is built around your group: hotel or port pickup, a private 8-seat vehicle, and a guide who already holds the Ministry of Tourism licence. There is no coach, no merging with strangers, and no call centre between you and the person driving.

With over 36 years of living in Israel, I bring deep knowledge and personal insight into the history, culture, and spirit of this land. I studied history, Middle Eastern studies, and sports education at Tel Aviv University and the Wingate Institute, and have more than 20 years of experience leading private trips and excursions.
Since 2016, I have been a licensed tour guide, and since 2011, a certified cycling tour guide. My background also includes running two companies, membership in the Israeli Chamber of Commerce, and hosting a weekly Russian-language radio program on Radio Chicago, which I continue to run today.
I specialize in creating exclusive historical, religious, and cultural experiences for discerning guests. As a professional driver licensed to transport up to 16 passengers, I offer tours in my luxury 8-seater vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety throughout your journey.

He was on time and made sure we were all very comfortable especially with our teen autistic daughter. I would definitely recommend him for a private tour. Much more comfortable than the big buses. Ilya was knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely funny. He covered every stop on the itinerary plus an extra one, shared Israel history well beyond the tour brief, and never rushed us — even when we lingered for photos. We added the Dead Sea option and it was a highlight. Highly recommend when you are in Ashdod.

I did a day tour to Jerusalem and Bethlehem with Ilya. He is very knowledgeable and started talking from the moment we left the port and didn't stop until he brought us back to the ship. So much great information, I learned and saw so much that day. Very impressive. I highly recommend Ilya for a tour in Israel. Any tour!
